FROM THE DESK OF THE LEAD STEWARD OF WORSHIP MANDATE MINISTRIES GLOBAL.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
At Worship Mandate Ministries, we remain profoundly grateful to God for the privilege of serving His purpose in our generation and for the countless lives He continues to touch through the various expressions of this assignment. We do not take lightly the trust, honor, prayers, and support of believers, spiritual leaders, local assemblies, and kingdom stakeholders who have partnered with us in various capacities.
As a ministry, we deem it necessary to clearly restate our posture, convictions, and operational philosophy in relation to the Body of Christ and the local church.
Worship Mandate Ministries is not a church and does not yet function as a full-fledged Christian local assembly. While we are committed to fostering spiritual growth, discipleship, worship, leadership, and kingdom alignment, we are not positioned as a substitute for the God-ordained institution of the local church.
For emphasis and clarity:
We will never encourage anyone to abandon, neglect, dishonor, or disconnect from their local church, denomination, or primary place of spiritual planting.
We strongly believe in spiritual accountability, covenant relationships, and being planted. Scripture teaches that those who are “planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God” (Psalm 92:13). As such, we encourage believers to remain faithful, committed, accountable, and fruitful within the assemblies where God has planted them.
We honor the standard landmarks of our Christian faith and deeply respect the God-ordained structures, denominations, spiritual fathers, shepherds, and ministry expressions that labor faithfully for the advancement of the Kingdom. We consider ourselves collaborators in kingdom service, not competitors for spiritual allegiance.
While our ministry joyfully welcomes committed hands, passionate believers, volunteers, laborers, creatives, and kingdom-minded individuals who desire to serve and grow, our vision is not centered on gathering members away from churches but on raising kingdom laborers who can serve God more effectively wherever they are planted.
Indeed, one of the beautiful realities God continues to reveal to us is that part of our assignment is to equip believers from various ministry backgrounds so that they may labor better, lead better, worship deeper, serve stronger, and reflect Christ more excellently within their existing spiritual communities and assignments.
We are persuaded that the greater burden of kingdom labour is not primarily among those already gathered in churches but among the unreached and the unsaved. As our Lord Jesus Christ declared:
“The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest.” — Matthew 9:37–38
Our burden, therefore, is to raise laborers for the harvest, awaken hearts unto God, inspire consecration, strengthen kingdom culture, and become a platform through which many may encounter God, discover purpose, and walk meaningfully in divine destiny.
The ministry currently expresses itself through several kingdom-focused platforms and initiatives, serving as the principal ministerial backbone and umbrella covering through which its many expressions are coordinated, our major ones being:
1. TWWC — The Worshippers Word Conference (January)
A week-long conference held at the beginning of every year, dedicated to spiritual alignment, worship, sound doctrine, kingdom perspective, and prophetic direction for believers.
2. IKLLC — International Kingdom Leading Lights Conference (July)
A mid-year week-long gathering focused on leadership, kingdom relevance, purpose, influence, and raising believers who shine as lights within their God-given spheres.
3. WORSHIP GOD
A physical worship expression convened across selected regions, aimed at ministering directly to people through worship, prayer, sound teaching, spiritual encounters, and kingdom fellowship.
4. RSI — Raising Sounds Initiative
A direct mentorship initiative with Minister Seun Dede focused on raising sound individuals, nurturing creative excellence, fostering meaningful kingdom relationships, and building a thriving community where gifted individuals can give value, receive value, grow in wisdom, and steward their talents for God’s glory.
As a ministry, our commitment remains unwavering:
To serve Christ sincerely.
To honor the Body of Christ responsibly.
To labor in humility and excellence.
To raise sound believers without weakening the structures God has already established in local assemblies.
To become a blessing to our generation locally and globally, for the glory of God.
We believe strongly that the Kingdom of God is advanced most beautifully when ministries complement—not compete with—one another.
To every pastor, church leader, denomination, ministry, and believer: we honor your labor, we respect your calling, and we remain committed to kingdom partnership rather than kingdom rivalry.
May God help us all to labor faithfully until Christ is glorified in every nation.
With honour and responsibility,
Minister Seun Dede
