Please be willing to communicate details of your program upon request. This may include early mailing, form filling, and prompt communication.
Please be willing to recommunicate details of your program for confirmations. 

2) Effective communication of plans to bring and to host us
Please be willing to communicate your plans for our transportation and welfare.
Please be willing to communicate details of what our time with you entails and how long we are looking at. If it is a vigil or you hope that we spend a stretched amount of time, we appreciate plans for proper accommodation during our time with you.

3) Openness and Discretion in further discussions.
We appreciate your gifts and blessings from legitimate means. We appreciate openness and discretion in communication when and where necessary.

4)     Effective communication of your goodwill for us 
We also appreciate your acquaintanceship and goodwill, especially if you envision inviting us again. We appreciate the media content of our time together, from photos to videos to helpful links that streamed or covered our time with you. We hope to be happy or joyous when we remember our time with you.
